Yesterday was the day awaited by most people due to various reasons. For me, it's simply because of the ever-cute
date (Ten Ten Ten). For other
Malaysians, most of them perhaps, were because of the so-called wedding of the
year. Yup, it's the first Malaysian
astronaut's wedding. It's grand, I would
say. Mind you, I didn't actually watch
it on air yesterday (yup it's live on TV!!) but since Mommy was so excited
about it, I couldn't help to 'listen' to the whole event during my usual CSI
reruns date hahah. Imagine watching CSI
with audio from a wedding ceremony? Hahaha
it's freaking weird man haha. My visual
sense led me to feel empathy, sad and arousal (aren't you dying to know who the
killer is?) but my auditory sense kept signalling me to feel happy and awe. I ended up with no feelings at all haha.
While many people were counting the time for the grand happy wedding (but I
don't think it can beat Tan Sri Naza's daughter's wedding!), little that we
know there's a terrible event happened slightly earlier. 12 people died in a
massive road accident at KM223
PLUS Highway, involving (ready for this!): 2 express buses, 3 cars, 1 van
and 1 motorcycle. Preliminary investigation said that one of the buses lost its
control and rammed into the other side of the highway. 12 lives!! Some of bodies found without arm and some even
without head you know. And it's not even
their fault that the accident occurred yet they have to pay their lives for it.
See, we'll never know how we will leave this world one day. I hope when it's my time, I won't have to
suffer much, and hopefully my family won't suffer much of my death as well.
