The 'S' Word

Finally, I've completed the final assignment for this semester: presentation!!  It went smooth as I hope it would be except for the fact that one of the lecturer somehow offended (was he really?) when he saw the dandruff and hair loss advert on the slides.  Yikes!! It was my mistake and I really hope I didn't offend him in any ways. I'm really scared if I did huhu.

Past is past.  Let's focus on the future.  I only have another 10 days to study 21 chapters.  Wahhh, that's a LOT of stress!!  Geez, hopefully I can finish all chapters before heading to the exam hall.  Then, holidays yippee!!  It's only a 6-week holiday but I guess its good enough for me.  The BAD NEWS: I'm still considering whether or not to do internship.  A chance to have an impressive CV or a chance to unwind after a long stressful semester.  I think I better head to CareerSense for some advice. Oh Mr Kumaaarrr........

Another thing: World Vision 30-Hour Famine.  To join or not to join.   Mmm...still got time to think about it I guess.  I guess this year's 30-Hour Famine will be more happening compared to last year's. To those who already signed up, good luck and have a good time!!

Wahh, thinking about these prominent events in my life (or soon to be) gimme such a headache.  Euurgghhh!!!  I'M OFFICIALLY UNDER STRESS!!  Where's my counsellor?  I think I need to talk to her now T__T  In the meantime, for those who's having stress, here's your stress reduction kit.  Try it and tell me if it works =)

TingTong

Isn't she adorable?  That's our family's TingTong!!  Don't you feel like squeezing her chubby cheeks?

Wait til you hear she screams hahaha!!!

Olive Oil

Mommy was watching the TV one day when one of the local singers blurted out his secret to his young-looking skin: olive oil.  He said it's his regime to apply olive oil on his face (?!) every night since he's in his 20s and now in his 40s, he looks amazing (I thought he's been using Botox all this while huhu).

So Mommy followed his advice, but instead of using olive oil, she uses virgin coconut oil (minyak kelapa dara) and I have to say that it works.  Well, it's impossible to make Mommy looks like how she looked like when she was 25 but I noticed a tremendous improvement in her skin: more supple, less pigmentation (Mommy hates wearing sunblock!) and no more new wrinkles.  She even convinced her friends to use it and I have to say they are now loyal VCO cult members hahaha!!  Everyone is trying to be like Mommy.  Well, Mommy is kinda lucky that at the age of 57, she doesn't look like one.  Same goes with Daddy.  I guess they are both have great genes.  Sigh this gonna make me more stress.  Can I look as good as them when I'm 50?  Geez, I guess I have to work hard from now on, and same thing goes to you, Big Sista and Lil' Sis!!  People will compare, believe me!!!!

Olives, all I know is they taste great with my Subway sandwiches hahah.  But for me to put it on my face, mmm....I have to think twice about it as my skin is oily enough even without the added oil.  But maybe, maybe not. Let's the future decide.

Mmm...I'm thinking about Subway sandwich now.  Luckily I still got the buy-1-free-1 coupons hoho.  Anyone wants a free Subway sandwich????

Devilish Angel vs Angelic Devil

Someone suggested this: change my nick from Devilish Angel to Angelic Devil (???)

The explanation: Your more of a devil, with little angelic sides sometimes, not an angel with devilish side.

What this person meant was I'm not a good person, but there are some goodness in me.  Wahhh... I didn't know I was that bad!!!  All this while I thought I'm a good girl (am I?) but I can be cheecky, naughty, mischievous at times but I never consider myself as a ...well, devil.  It sounds so.....B.A.D. hahaha.  But maybe I'll change my nick, one day, after I got married nyeheheh =P

But je prefere VS's angels coz they're so ahem....

It's Almost Over

Phew!!!  Finally, after 6 weeks into the new sem, all assignments are settled!!  Yippie!!!  Now I only have to struggle (yup, struggle is the word) for my final which will be on the 3rd week of July.  Scary huhu....  But instead of doing my reading, I found myself planning for next sem.  Haih, am I counting the chicks before the eggs hatch?  Sounds like I am!!

It's my bday today!!!  Yup, I'm another year older and yup I'm proud of it!!!  Well, except the fact that my brain cells are no longer in their optimum level as they're used to be =p but other than that, I'm cool with it (yea, I don't mind the crow's feet either)  For those who sent me bday wishes, thank you so much!!  For those who gave me cards, wow now I have new cards to put on the wall of fame.  And for those who gave me pressies, hehehe next year you should gimme moreee!!!  Hahaha thanks!!!  And to those who haven't got the chance to eat my super duper extra choco moist cake, mm...maybe next year, if God allow me to live to celebrate another bday =D

Once again, thank you to all for you who kindly reserved a lil part of your brain (and heart) capacity for remembering my bday.....

p/s: Woit Mr Platinum, where's my pressie??????????

Happy Daddy's Day

Today's the day: Father's Day.  It's funny though how sometimes all of us wait until this particular day to show our gratitude to our daddies (me included heheh).  Why is it so hard for us to show our love to our dads every single day?  Well, that's another thing about human that hard to answer.

Anyways, like most people on the planet, our family celebrated the day with love and joy (except we celebrated it a day earlier hahah).   No pressies for Dad this year, just his fav cake.

Dad, Happy Father's Day.  I know I have been a very mischievous daughter but thank you for accepting me for who I really am.  Thanks for your love, patience and sacrifices for all these years.  Happy Daddy's Day, Daddy!!!

Too Good to be True

I've been eyeing this beautiful Lebanese singer for quite sometime now.  The first time I saw her photos I was like "Wow, she's damn pretty!  J'aime sa peau!!"  Then I found out that most of her physique are rather, erm plastic huhu.  Check out her pic before the surgery.

I think she's already beautiful before nip|tuck.  But she's more beautiful now, and not to mention super duper sexay!!

The Eye that Watches

I was surfing the Net when I found these close-up photos of, u guess it, the one and only Sun. Beautiful eh?

Could you imagine how it will be like during the Judgement Day when the Sun is only a span from our head? Think about it

I Am...the Examiner

One of the subjects I enrolled this semester is Human Personality.  For me, it's a fun subject as I helped me to learn more about myself.  One of the theories that I learned was the Jung theory (Google it if you have no idea what it is!).  One of the assessments that used this theory is Myers-Briggs test (the right word is inventory =p).  So out of curiosity, I took the test and here's are my results:

I am the Examiner whoahahaha!!!

Who's the One to Blame?

Have you ever been betrayed by people you trust?  In my case, the answer is yes, lots of times.  I'm not sure why, perhaps I'm too naive.  That's my weakness.  Once I trust a person, I'll become so close that I forgot people can be mean at times.  When it happened, I asked myself why these people were so inhumane to do such things but I know I would never know the real reasons behind such awful action.

Let's imagine this.  Two people, A and B, were talking about their secrets and they both promised each other not to tell anyone about it.  After a while, A found out that B had told other people about his secret, including to C.  A let out his frustration and shock to C. Now A doesn't trust B anymore.  But what A doesn't know is both B and C told D about his secret.  B was the one who started to tell D about A's secret in the presence of C but not only C was not trying to defend A, C also started spilling the beans to D as well.  B did tell D afterwards that it was his mistake to tell C about A's secret but he said he couldn't help it because C kept asking him about the updates on A's secret.

Poor A. Now, who can A trusts?

See, that's why I'm more careful with people now.  They maylook innocent and naive but only God knows how much you should not trust them with your secrets.   I guess that's why in Islam we are asked to watch out our tongues and our groins.  It is true that tongues are sharper than swords coz with swords you're either die or physically injured but the emotional wounds caused by tongues are more fatal.

Again!! Again!!

I never thought taking 3 subjects will make me this busy!!  Seriously, I barely have time to do my own laundry hahah but luckily Mommy is kind enough to help me with it.  Thanks Mommy!!!

Anyways, my bday is approaching so what should I get myself this time?  A watch?  Shoes?  Or maybe a statue of a chicken without head!!
